SUMMARY: Opie finds out who really killed his wife and goes after the person he holds responsible for the lies that got her killed, ATF agent June Stahl.
Opie had sat in the cage almost all day watching out for the lying conniving bitch who was responsible for the death of his wife Donna who had been murdered by Tig, a man who he had once thought of as a friend and a brother but who he now wanted dead as dead as the one who's lies had caused all this.
His morning had started so well he remembered as he thought back to that morning and the news he received, news that he had never thought he would hear from a brother. Tig admitting he had killed his wife because he and Clay had believed Stahl's lies about him being a rat. Now he was going to make that lying bitch pay for what she had done.
He had been trailing her all day around Charming from one meeting to another, he had been shocked and dismayed when he had spotted Chibs coming out of a building that he had seen Stahl entering the Scotsman had a rolled up piece of paper in his hand and he had watched as his fellow club member place the document whatever it was inside his cut and drive off just before Stahl and her fellow ATF agents had left the building, Stork getting into her car heading for somewhere else, this time the docks.
Again he waited and watched, he saw Zobelle's men enter the dock and from his vantage point he could see them meeting with the Hayes's who were waiting on a boat. It was not long before he saw Stahl again as she got into her car and he knew it was now or never, he got out of his truck making his way quickly to where Stahl sat in her car speaking on the phone.
She had not seen him and it was not until he yanked open the door and snatched the phone away from her that she became aware of him. Opie dragged her out of the car and shoved his gun in her face he could hear her talking to him but he refused to hear her words, then he heard Donna's name on her lying lips and he snapped.
A rage pulsed through him and he felt his finger tightening on the trigger and he could hear her frantic pleas as she begged him not to kill her. For a moment the rage almost took total control of him but at the last minute he pulled back, letting his finger ease up on the trigger as he stared at her with loathing.
"I want you feel what I feel stahl, what Donna felt in the last moments of her life, the terror and pain that she went through."
Stahl tried to apologise to him but he was not interested in her words, he glared at her his disgust at what she was evident in his face.
"The outlaw had mercy," he told her, "just you remember that the next time you try and twist the truth."
He stepped back from her and walked away not even looking back as he left the terrified ATF agent to think about her actions and what they had caused. Knowing that she could have so easily have been killed at that moment but had escaped her fate by the pure fact that he wanted her to suffer more and death would have not been enough for him…..at least not yet.
The day would come he knew and on that day he would kill her.
