A young boy with ADHD
"So can you take him?" an old man said to his cellphone.
"Great, I'll deliver him today" he said.
"So do I get any kind of family discount?" the man asked.
"Not, well bye" the man said and hung up.
"Come Luffy" the man said.
"Where are we heading to gramps?" a young boy asked.
"A place you can live, now get in the car" Garp said.
Garp and Luffy drove long. Finally they drove down a narrow road and up to a house. Around the house was a tall fence. Garp and Luffy got out of the car went up to the gate, Garp rang on the bell.
"It's Garp with Luffy" Garp said.
The port slowly opened. Garp and Luffy walked in. They were received by an official looking woman. The woman showed them into a room and made them fill out some forms. After that Garp gave Luffy a friendly pat on the shoulder.
"Good bye Luffy" Garp said.
"Eh gramps, are you leaving me?" Luffy asked.
"It's for your own good" Garp said and left.
The woman followed Luffy to a room. In the room was a bed, a desk, a chair and a closet, everything was bolted to the floor.
"Take your pills, and do what we say, then I'm sure we'll get along" the woman said.
"I'm sure, this is just the start of a brand new adventure" Luffy said and grinned excitedly.
"Yeah, yeah, what ever you say, I'll come and get you, when it's lunchtime" the woman said untouched by Luffy's joy. Then she left Luffy to his own company. "At least he doesn't talk to him to himself" she thought.
"Just wait, I'm going to be the king of this weird place" Luffy told himself.
"He didn't talk to himself" the woman corrected herself.
