BB vs. L
A.N: ALRITE...I HAVE BEEN THINKING THIS OVER.. AND I BELIEVE BEYOND BIRTHDAY SURPASSED L. BEFORE YOU GUYS YELL AND CALL ME A TRAITOR, LISTEN TO MY REASONING. IF YOU DISAGREE OR AGREE YOU WANNA ARGUE GO AHEAD AND PM ME. IF YOU THINK THIS IS AN EPIC WASTE OF YOU TIME, PRESS THE BACK BUTTON. I REALLY DONT CARE, I JUST WANT MY OPINION TO BE KNOWN. AND MAYBE GET PEOPLE THINKING ABOUT HOW GREAT B REALLY WAS.

Beyond Birthday surpassed L in many ways and forms of intelligence.
He couldv'e won.
Had L not cheated.

Beyond Birthday...he was a GREAT criminal.....he teased the forces, he left clues, and yet, he wasn't found, Well by the police at least. Criminal, isn't really the right word actually... i mean the people who he "killed" were gonna die anyways, he saw so with his eyes. Then again maybe the reason they were going to die was because of him...
Getting back on track, Beyond was a great criminal, but I believe he couldv'e been a great detective as fact i believe-i KNOW-he could've become L. He payed attention to clues, minuscule things that no one would really notice. He'd take chances, he'd do what ever it took to beat who was against him, he believed he was best, and he'd do what it took to remain that way.
L..he was a great detective as well. He did put his life on the line eventually...
I don't believe L wouldv'e made a great criminal though, his sense of justice was to prominent. And L only got involved in a case if a lot was involved. Or if it was of interest, judging by B's personality, he wouldv'e taken any job that came his way. Weather it be to surpass L or not, he wouldv'e done it.

Beyond did everything himself, he had no one. L was technically alone (being an orphan and all) but he had access to the top FBI agents. He had money, and he had power. Whereas B, he didn't have any of the advantages L had. The shinigami eyes don't count as an advantage, if he didnt have the eyes he still wouldv'e killed people, And been able to find out the names, Bs smart. An "Extreme Genius".
L brought in Naomi..B's plan was to go against L, NOT L's shelter. Had L worked alone, he would not have caught B. And sense B's plan was for it to be a battle of wits between the TWO, He technically won. Like i said, L only won because of Naomi. And NAOMI only won because B told her basically everything. Had he kept all the clues, and the clues to the clues to himself, Naomi wouldnt have caught him. Shes to self-absorbed to really pay attention to anything around her.

B's acting skills were AMAZING. He played the part of L to a "T". And i can only imagine how many other times hes had to act, to be able have gotten the whole L.A BB Murders set up. He had, in a sense, multiple personalities. B didn't use his acting skills to just bull-shit his way through. He also used his skills to bring his true insanity to a lower level, so Naomi would not trust him and keep him around to watch his every move.
L does have skills in acting as well, but to an extent. Every time he was "acting" he basically acted the same, just using a different name.

Beyond was out in the open, he wasnt hiding behind a letter. He had to go out and DO things. He wasnt afraid of putting himself out there. He wasnt afraid of human interaction.
L, he hides. Hes afraid.

L-ove, because i love L.
Beyond-Love because Beyond is my love. But also because he is beyond L. "Beyond L-ove"
