RECONGINZED: Batgirl B-16, Robin B-20

Nightwing stood in the center of the Batcave, back to the Zeta beams. He was working on a few cases from his patrol since Batman is off world.

"Tim, you're late for patrol." Nightwing's voice didn't sound like it usually did, happy and cheerful. It sounded tired, over worked, and worried.

"Alfred is really worried, you didn't call or anything. He suspected that you've been kidnapped."

"I wasn't and I'm fine." Tim said dropping his back pack on the ground.

"Then why do you have your hood up?" Dick turned around and walked over to them.

"He got in a fight and called me to pick him up." Barbra said turning to him and standing next to Dick and glared.

Dick raised an eyebrow at his little brother, signaling that he should take his hood off. Tim reluctantly took his hood slowly off and revealed a black eye.

"Please tell me the paparazzi didn't get any word of it." Dick groaned, Tim only nodded.

"Babs, take a few grand and give it to the media. If they don't except that then tell them one of the possible places that the Wayne family will be vacationing at this year."

Batgirl left to do whatever else the tired team leader had her do. He turned to his protégé and cracked a smile. About 15 minutes later Barbra came back.

"What?" Tim asked, he knew that smile. It was the smile that someone will most likely get hurt. "Is it about the fight?"

"Did you win?"

"Dick!" Barbra looked at her team's leader.

"What?" the former Boy Wonder turned to his other red headed best friend.

"You're supposed to be responsible! I'm so worried if you have kids in the future."

"Yeah I won." Tim turned the conversation back on track. Last time they had a conversation like this it turned really awkward really fast.

"Good, then there's no need for a discussion."

"Really?" Barbra was about to hit that guy.

"Wait," Dick said cutting off Barbra. "Tim, go upstairs and tell Alfred you got in a fight."

Now, Tim was really scared. Nightwing's lectures aren't bad but make you feel extremely guilty after it, Batgirl's lectures just point out what you did wrong and to do better next time, Batman's lectures are the longest and tell you what you did wrong and what could of happened if you did what you were told, and usually end up with someone crying. But Alfred's lectures were by far the worst. All of the other's lectures put together and doubled.
