Instant Chemistry

This story is Cole and Phoebe meet, and they have Instant Chemistry, so they fall in love but they're both afraid the other one doesn't love them, so like almost everyday they come a little bit closer to telling each other how they feel. This is my first story so please go easy on me if you don't like it and please, please, please review. Enjoy!
Desert Garden was always really busy after 5:30, so Phoebe usually took her half hour break sometime in the middle.
At 5:00 a somewhat rich man named Cole Turner walked into the restaurant and waited for a table to be open. So Phoebe came out and took him to a table and while she was taking him to the table, she couldn't help but notice how extremely cute this man was.
Once Cole sat down, he finally had a chance to look at the waitress and once he looked at her he couldn't help but think how beautiful she was and how her left ring finger was bare.
And so, he stared at her until she broke the silence between them when she finally looked up and noticed he was staring at her. "What?" Phoebe asked. "Nothing." he lied. "Your lying, I can see it in your eyes." Phoebe said as she gazed into his eyes.
"Have dinner with me." he said very simply. "Okay." Phoebe said as if in some kind of trance.
"I'll be right back, I have to clock out first." "Okay, I'll wait."
2 Minutes later she came back and sat down in the seat across from Cole. "Do you know what you want to eat?" He replied, "Ya, I think so, you?"
"Yeah."she said. "I think I'm just going to get some Spaghetti ." said Cole. "You know what, I think I'll have it too." she said.
A few minutes later the waitress came and asked what they wanted to eat, "Two Spaghetti's and a bottle of Wine" said Cole getting the wine just to make it more romantic. The waitress took their menus and left.
"So, Phoebe, tell me something about yourself."
"Hmmm, well, my last name is Halliwell. I have two sisters, Piper and Prue. My mother died when I was really little and my Grandmother died a few years ago. I think that almost covers some stuff abou me."
"Ok, well, that covers enough for me." He said after paying close attention to what she just said.
"So, Mr. Cole Turner. Tell me something about yourself."
"Well. Both of my parents died when I was really young. I have an older brother, Nick. But he lives in New York."
"Hmmmmm..." Phoebe said as if judging him on what he just said.
Cole was about to say something when the waitress came back with their food.
