Star Trek DS9 the Dominion Deception
Major Kira was at the conn of the starship Defiant like usual. Their orders were to patrol the DNZ (Dominion Neutral Zone). Her thoughts were interrupted when Worf called out, "Sir, I'm detecting three Jem'hadar attack ships inbound!"
"Raise shields charge phasers load torpedoes, show them we mean business." Was Captain Benjamin Siko's calm reply.
"Aye sir, wait these Jem'hadar attack ships are way more advanced." Came Worf's reply.
"By how many years?" Sisko demanded.
Worf's grim reply was, "Five Hundred years."
