Prologue

A misty, dark night. The setting to every horror story. Why, then, did the sky hold no hint of cloud, sun shine happy in the sky? Only one hint of what was to come was shown, a small rustling of the leaves as if a breath blew upon them.

This was the day it all began.

A leaf whirled down from a tree as she walked up, red lipstick shocking against her pale face. Kneeling on the ground, she seemed to whisper to nothing. Her wand was raised when she stood up, and her eyes were wary, alert. There was no sign of anything, and it felt as if even the wind has ceased. The woman's shoulders started to relax again when she finished scouring her surroundings.

"Cissa, darling." The voice came out of no-where, and she jumped, face resuming the frightened expression.
"Wh-where are you?"
"Standing right here." A man walked out from behind her, arms up. "I assume you're not here to continue his work, seeing how you betrayed us."

"No. I'm here to destroy it." She took a step away from the man.

"You know you can't do that."

"I really think I can."

"Stop being so stupid. You know what I'm capable of." The man's arms fell to his sides again, and his face had changed from strangely calm to aggressive.

"I have no idea what you're talking about."

"I really think you do." He took two small steps towards her, one hand behind his back. She leapt into action pulling out her wand and yelling incantations at the floor.

"You were too late, Narcissa, sweetheart. Avada Kedavra."

The woman's limp body fell to the floor with a crash, and the man hurriedly kicked leaves over her.

"Come out, fair friend. It's play-time."
