*NOTE* There are going to be a few inside-jokes in this story that only 'never trust a redhead123' will know (PS, she writes good FanFic!) so bear with me. Also, I'm writing more, but I might not be able to write for a while. More is coming, though! Thanks for reading!
"Elena, come on!" Bonnie tried to pull Elena out of bed. "It's time to go!"
Elena gave her the stink-eye. "Go without me."
Caroline came up the stairs. "Don't make Bonnie use her witchy powers!" she laughed. "Anyway, it's like, the party of the year!"
"I don't care. Just go!"
"What's the big deal, anyway? Jeremy didn't actually die, ok, he has a ring!" Bonnie pleaded.
Caroline sighed. "That's it, I'm calling Damon. He'll babysit for toni-"
"I'm up, I'm up!" Elena jumped out of bed and ran to the bathroom to comb her hair and put makeup on.
"OK, so the big question. What are you going to wear?" asked Bonnie.
"Well," Elena explained, "I just bought this really cute flowery dress." she pulled a high-necked mini-dress out of her closet.
"Um, yeah, okay… go put your makeup on!" exclaimed Caroline.
Elena resumed applying her eye shadow, light orange to match the dress, and she heard tearing noises coming from her room. She ran out and found Bonnie and Caroline cutting her dress.
"What the fuck are you doing!" she yelled. Bonnie and Caroline looked up. Bonnie had a guilty she-made-me-do-it look on her face and Caroline was wearing a smirk.
"Your new and improved party dress." she said, holding it up. The dress was about two inches shorter and the neckline plunged down, which would show lots of cleavage. "Ta-dah!"
Elena groaned. "Caroline…."
"What?" she sound accused. "There was no way I was letting you wear anything that goes down past your mid-thigh."
Bonnie glanced at Elena. "It's true, Elena, it's a party. You need to look dressed for a party!"
Elena sighed as she pulled on the dress. She was right, lots of cleavage, and lots of leg. Though the orange did make her look more tan….
"Damn, we are hot!" exclaimed Caroline, moving beside Elena. Bonnie put her arm around her.
"It's gonna be fun, Elena. Trust me. If not, Stefan will drive you home."
"Wait, is Stefan gonna be there?" Elena inquired.
Caroline laughed. "Ha! Stefan? At a party? No way! That's a pooper if I've ever seen one."
Even Bonnie agreed. "You have to admit, Elena, your boyfriend is kind of an anti-social downer…." she said, holding up her pinky.
"He is not! He just… keeps to himself. But… yeah, you have a point." Elena admitted, briefly putting up her pinky too.
"Okay!" interjected Caroline. "Less about pinkies, more about parties!"
The girls ran downstairs to find Aunt Jenna. "See ya, Jenna, we're partying tonight!" said Caroline.
"Bye, girls, have fun!"
"Bye!" they chorused.
