Simplest Embrace
The nearby house found in western Pinwheel Forest often had a lot of grass and bug type pokemon residing under and above the green, cozy trees nearby the human settlement. For one businessman's case, he returns home packed with varying presents for the upcoming Christmas season. While his beloved wife dressed as green as nature's salad greets his return alongside their young daughter playing with her sewaddle playmate, he returns his affection to his family while placing the wrapped gifts next to the artificial Christmas tree inside their tailored wooden house.
Wealthy as they may be, he finds a house fitting for the family that he had. A middleman as he calls to himself. Winter time has arrived in Unova. So he and his family weren't alone for today. Looking at the sewaddle his daughter owns, he gets to see the leavanny couple doing their usual habit: sewing leafy blankets.
For him and his wife, those leavanny hold a special place in their hearts. How they met is planned by fate.
When the two were just got married three year ago, on the same winter month days after their wedding, while the two were looking at the wilderness of Pinwheel Forest, a sudden blizzard caught up with them. Astray from the main road of the forest wearing no warm coats, they quickly suffered from hypothermia while searching for a naturally grown hut of sorts. Just as their bodies were on the brink of shut down, not only did they found just one leavanny. They found a couple that carried both of them somewhere in the forest. Due to the effects of hypothermia, they passed out on the pokemon's arms.
When both woke up, they found themselves sleeping next to each other under a tree hole. With neither having any experience of owning a pokemon, nervousness molding with anxiety toys with the couple's confusion. The two pokemon noticed this. Even if they couldn't speak the same tongue, the way the two pet the human couple's foreheads, it felt so welcoming. The moment the humans look at themselves, they were wrapped in some kind of naturally woven blanket keeping them warm. Some of the leaves came from the same leaves of this forest mixed with leaves from the leavanny couple's younger forms.
For the human couple, they believe that they have found the location of their dream home. And all it took for both of them to be convinced was the one naturally warm leafy blanket that no other blanket could ever have.
With the help of the residing pokemon coupled with the timburr from the nearby routes, with no pokeballs to issue authority, after the winter season was over, they built a house in a nice family size space on a hill within the same forest.
Back in the present, both couples get to see the children live playing in harmony. The two year old human daughter and the young sewaddle cuddle each other embracing each other for the family's reunion. Thanks to the Leavanny couple, the two also have blankets to each of their own to keep and enjoy. The only thing that the human couple can be certain is that the leafy blanket made from the leavanny's family tree united their bond not just in Human and Pokemon trust. But also as a family.
