Just the sound of Luffy's name on the traitor Teach's lips made Ace's blood boil, the fire insi de of his

own being begging to be let loose.

How dared that bastard have the audacity to think he could maim... kill... capture his little brother,

his Luffy.

It took everything Ace had not to punch the bastard in the face there and then, just to feel his bones

cracking under his fist. but no, he had to keep it cool, collect more info before he acted.

He however couldn't help the frown that marred his face as Teach explained his plan in capturing

Luffy, even knowing Luffy's exact location, his crew's names as well as the basic strengths' and

weaknesses.

"Luffy, eh?" the dark tone in his voice didn't seem to escape Teach's notice for he frowned.

"You know him taisho?"

"Know him?" he scoffed, his brows knitting together to form an almost straight line "I guess you

could say that" one of his hand's unconsciously went of to his orange cowboy hat, pre ssing it down

further on his head, making his face appear shadowed, quite a scary sight to behold if the reactions

of the four men below him reactions.

"A-ah" Teach, no. Blackbeard's uncertain voice stammered "He's someone you've got your sight's

on?"

Someone he got his sight's on? he couldn't help to scoff. He'd always had his sight's on Luffy, ever

since Garp had brought him to mount Porvo.

It had become his mission to keep Luffy safe after Sabo-

"Sorry taisho" Teach's disgusting voice brought him back from his reverie "He's the key player I'm

missing right now, I can't let you have him"

"Can't let me?" flames started licking up his body slowly as he stared down at the disgusting parasite

below him "I don't remember asking your permission to 'have him' as you put it"

"Zehahahaha" Teach shook his head, his hand out stretched to gesture at the men standing at his

side "You see them?" Ace didn't even make a noise to prove he had hear what was asked "they are

part of my crew, he gestured at one at a time, introducing them by name and place one the crew,

then he stopped pointing at and empty spot on his right "And this would be where my right hand

man would be standing, if he wasn't occupied on a very important mission at the moment" a cold

shiver went down Ace's back at the implication, his eyes narrowing on the sinisterly smiling man

below him.

"What did you do.."

"Zehahahaha! your to late taisho, the strawhat's captain will soon be in our clutches"

A/N: Yes I know I know! I should be finishing the stories I have yet to update, but I just don't know

how to continue them and... and I just had to write this when I saw the fight between Ace and Blackbeard (again) I don't even know if this is going to be a multi-chapter story or just stay as a one

shoot (depends on you, the reader's reactions and responds on this one)
