Plot: Rose and the Doctor watch the Saw movies, and the Doctor isn't enjoying it

Author's Note: Alright, it's a rubbish story based on desperation to get over the Saw movies, which I stupidly gave my word I would watch with a friend of mine.

Disclaimer: I own nothing, and if I were t rip-off any movie, I can guarantee you; it would NOT BE THE SAW MOVIES!

"I am not afraid of a horror movie," an undignified voice called from the kitchen.

"Then get back in here and finish watching it…here, I rewound it for you, you won't miss a second," called a second, gleeful voice from the living room.

"Damn," muttered the Doctor, feeling his stomach drop with dread. 'So much for the popcorn idea.'

"Come on Doctor. You deal with this sort of stuff day in and day out, why can't you watch it on the telly?" called Rose, sounding a bit to mocking for the Doctor's liking.

Moodily kicking the bottom of the kitchen draws, the Doctor picked up the bowl of popcorn, and switched off the sonic screwdriver, which had been providing him with a good five minutes worth of popping sound-effects, and set of down the hall.

"I am NOT afraid of the movie," the jumpy Timelord stated again, puffing out his chest a little and trying to look tougher than he was feeling at that moment. Unfortunately for him, it didn't work nearly as well as he had hoped, instead earning a half amused half pitying look from Rose.

He handed her the popcorn, and flopped down on the puffy lounge, propping his feet up on the tea table and forcing his body to relax.

Rose's right eyebrow quirked in bemusement, and she asked, "If you don't like scary movies, why are you watching this?"

The Doctor shrunk a little into the couch, feeling even more dreadful than he had before leaving the kitchen, mainly because the cases of the three Saw movies were sitting proudly on top of the television set, and because said television was paused on a man hanging suspended in a cage full of barbed wire…and they still had two more movies to watch.

Swallowing a little, the Doctor focused on the dot on the wall just above the TV, and replied in a small voice, "Because I gave my word that I would watch them with you."

Rose grinned, gripping his hand and pressing down on the play button on the remote.

The Doctor pulled a face as they watched a flashback on how the man had gotten half way through the barbed wire, and commenced staring at the clock on the DVD player.

"Please…two's enough…please. I am begging you, and that really doesn't happen often. PLEASE!" the Doctor begged, giving Rose his best pleading look.

Taking pity on the obviously frightened and grossed out Timelord, Rose let out a long sigh, and pulled over a small box of DVD's, and pulled out two colourful cases, grinning happily at the relieved and grateful smile that the Doctor responded with.

Holding one of the cases in both hands, she asked happily, "Soooo, which one. Shrek or Flushed Away?"

Authors Note: Yes, that's how I am trying to get over it, by watching Flushed Away over and over again.

I only watched it about 10 hours ago, and now it's night time, and I'm freaked out.

So please Review, but preferably no, 'Maddi you are such a big Wuss/coward/etc. I'm getting it already from my friend and brother.
