Ciel opened his eyes slowly. All he could feel was the throbbing in his head and the bed beneath him. What happened last night? he thought. Finally, his eyes had fully opened. The strange thing, Ciel noticed, was that he wasn't in his room. He wasn't even in his manor. He was in the house of whom else but Alois Trancy.
Turning over, he noticed that there was someone else in the bed with him. And it was- Sebastian? Ciel shook his head, trying to recall memories of the previous night. But to no avail. Everything was a blur. Sitting up, Ciel looked around. The room was a disaster. The curtains had been pulled down and the room was filled with the smell of alcohol. All the paintings on the walls were crooked, not to mention one that was completely on the ground. Frame shattered. Ciel continued looking around until his eyes caught something else. Alois, passed out on the floor, and also very… underdressed.
Ciel tried to stand up, but the throbbing in his head kept him from it. Instead, he nudged his butler's shoulder.
"Sebsatian?" a groan escaped Sebastian's lips.
"Yes, my lord?" he mumbled.
"What happened last night?" Sebastian slowly rose, rubbing his eyes.
"I'm not sure, my lord. My memory seems to be a bit blurry at the moment." Sebastian stood, and looked around the room. He also noticed Alois lying on the floor.
"My head is pounding, Sebastian. Go fetch me some water."
"My lord, it would be polite to wait for Alois to awake before having me walk around his manor. Seeing as his butler is away on business." and, as if on cue, Alois slowly sat up. He looked around, not acknowledging Ciel or Sebastian. The he looked at himself and noticed his lack of clothing. Gasping, he looked at Ciel.
"C- C- Ciel?" he stuttered.
"I don't know what happened last night. Neither does Sebastian."
"Excuse me for a moment." Alois shot up and rushed out of the room.
"He's probably just going to get something to wear." Sebastian stated
"Obviously." Ciel replied. Alois returned a few minutes later. He was wearing black shorts and a white button-down shirt.
"I feel horrible right now." Alois began. "My stomach is flipping, my head is pounding, and I have this strange bruise-looking think on my neck that hurts."
"Me too." Ciel began. "I wonder what happened?"
