Well, it took a few weeks, but Fanfiction.net has kicked me in the teeth too!
**DON'T BUY ENHANCED SERVICES!!** I got Meara's warning a week too late.
It'll just be $25.00 in their pocket with no enhanced services provided and you have no recourse to get the money back. They did the same thing to Meara so Be Forewarned!
If you paid with , they won't investigate any claims for what they call "Intangible" services, meaning something that can't be shipped. Then, if you used a credit card instead of your bank account with , and want to file a claim with the credit card company, you risk having your account frozen! Apparently, in 's sign up contract we agreed to not ask credit card companies to investigate any disputes. Sigh.
If I ever get my services back or my money back I'll let you know, but I'm not holding my breath for it.
