Monopoly: Azumanga Daioh Edition

Hi all, I have an excellent idea, with all the editions of Monopoly out there, why can't there be a Monopoly Azumanga Edition, that would be so cool huh? And instead of Monopoly Money, we'd have Monopoly Yen.
And instead of a Jail, we'd have a detention square. (just imagine a picture of Tomo behind bars lol.) Of course you could by and sell characters. Tomo would be the cheapest square Mediterranean Avenue, since she is the most dense of the characters. And of course Chiyo would be the Boardwalk of the game because her family is fully loaded.
Now as for the Community Chest and Chance Cards, I'd put a lot of interesting situations in them, for example……
You have been caught speeding in a school zone. (with a picture of Yukari Driving) 25000 yen fine
Or…..
You have been caught copying Tomo's Homework. Go directly to Detention. (heck if you need to copy off Tomo, you deserve to go to detention.)
As for the Tokens, we have one representing each of the characters…including Kaorin, because in my version there will be a Kaorin Token.
As for the railroads, I'll just replace each of them with an azu-animal. They would be Maya, Mr. Tadakichi, Necoconeco, and Chiyo-Chichi. (I'm not putting Kamineko because he always bites Sakaki's hand :P)
Okay, now for some fun, you know the houses and hotels, well, instead of those, we'd have School's and Gyms, with the Schools replacing the houses, and the gym's replacing the hotels. (well this is only a thought in progress, so if anyone else has a better idea please tell me)
And there you have it, this is how I would make a Monopoly version of Azumanga Daioh, so what do you think?…………
