A/N- Heard this song and had to write this. Just some fluffy Shya reunion. Enjoy, shippers and non-shippers.

First you both go out your way
And the vibe is feeling strong and what's
Small turn to a friendship, a friendship
Turn into a bond and that bond will never
Be broken and the love will never get lost

It's been a long day without you my friend
And I'll tell you all about it when I see you again
We've come a long way from where we began
Oh I'll tell you all about it when I see you again
When I see you again

~ See You Again, Wiz Khalifa.

She sneaks up on him when they meet again.

Shane feels he should have guessed. Surprizeing him had always been Anyas thing.

But it was so dark, and like him, she'd grown. It was clear even in the low moon light. Abeit, only from the body of 12 year old to a 13 year old, but like his, it was a change. The dark- skinned girl was easily two or three inches taller. Her brown hair longer and thicker. But her light brown eyes didn't lose their shine. Or her laugh its bell-like quality.

Maybe he should have guessed that too. That Anya would walk back into his life giggleing at him. As if he was the silliest thing she'd ever seen.

Turning to her, it's all he can do to stare in disbelief. So, takeing that as a cue for her to speak first, Anya spoke with a smile. "Hey, Shane. Long time, no see. It...seems like forever since I saw you last." Was all she said. Takeing baby steps closer.

All Shane could will his body to do was nod. Not once had what he had done to her crossed his mind. He wouldn'd allow it. For remembering abandoning the one person who offered to run away with you just so you could have a new start was blinding painful. Even to him. Thinking about Anya and their relationship caused his heart to clench in sadness. But now, with her standing before him, he knew of only one thing to do.

Leaning and falling forward, he bent at the knees and kneeled at her feet. Bowing his head so she didn't see the tears that threatened to spill. "I am...I don't...I am so, so sorry Anya." His voice waverd and shook. "I know I can never make it up to you, I've learned that now. But please know I never ment..."

"Shane, don't be ridiculous. Stand up." Was all she said. It held a commad- like quality. But warmth and affection as well. Taking his hands, she guided him to stand before her. When he stood, she looked at him for a moment.

His face was dirty and sweaty from being coverd in a mask. Hair greasy from lack of washing while they travled, but Anya knew it was him. The same boy she met little under a year ago who felt he owed everything to the world. Without words, she wrapped her arms around him and hugged him. It took a second, but his surprise wore off and he hugged her back.

"Don't be sorry. You did what you thought you needed to- even if you didn't. That's more than most people can say." Nuzzleing closer into his chest, she finished. "Next time, just don't leave without a proper goodbye?" Anya whisperd loudly into his chest so she could hear him. Holding him tighter.

Holding her closer as well, he replied. "I didn't plan on leaveing anytime soon."

A/N 2- I meant for it to have an open ending. So please tell me if I should add a little. I'll be glad too.
