My Idea For A New Arthur Episode

Hello everyone, about 10 years ago, I sent an episode idea to PBS. They told me it "made no sense" and "did not resolve the problem in an efficient manner". What the heck! I feel that this is a masterpiece of our times. There are several other works that I will be posting as "additional chapters" in due time. Just be patient.

One day, Binky places a litter box in the front of the classroom before school starts. Mr. Ratburn then walks into the class and begins to teach Arthur and the gang about the works of William Shakespeare. About an hour into class, Jenna involuntarily runs towards the litter box and proceeds to defecate into it. The class laughs hysterically, and Mr. Ratburn says to himself, "Hmmm, I never placed that litterbox there." He then suddenly becomes enraged, realizing that Mr. Haney is about to walk in for a class observation. He yells at the class, "Class, who put that litterbox-Jenna please stop defecating for just ONE SECOND—who put that litterbox there?" Mr. Haney then bursts in with the superintendent saying, "Uh Mr. Ratburn I heard a lot of noise and—" Mr. Haney then trips over Binky, who is stumbling and spinning all over the classroom laughing hysterically, and lands face first in the litterbox, just missing several turds (Jenna had finished at this point). Binky is found out when Arthur says that there is a circle of cat litter surrounding Binky's desk and he is expelled from school. Jenna and Arthur are now social pariahs because Jenna did what she did and Arthur was known as a snitch for telling on Binky ("Dammit Arthur, Binky is the coolest kid around and you had to get him thrown out because you are the least popular kid in school next to George!")
