This one's been in my head for a while, though I was unsure how to go about it. I decided on a drabble cos it's short, sweet, and simple. Oddly enough, though other fandoms I can never do like this, I have no problem with "Transformers" drabbles. Weird.

The Decepticon cursed himself – all he'd been thinking about lately was that stupid Autobot scientist Perceptor! Not Energon, not the Decepticon cause, but Perceptor!
Why Perceptor? What did the Autobot have that none of his own troops could offer? Perceptor was weak, hesitant, and he talked far too much. How such an annoying mech was able to survive this war was beyond the Decepticon. And yet…
And yet it had been Perceptor who had helped him when no Decepticon would. Perhaps it was unneeded charity, but still. Perceptor had been there.
Megatron hated himself for having such a stupid crush.
