This is my first crossover (it's between Law & Order SVU and Hannah Montana) and my second story. I'm working on rewriting all of the chapters and finishing it soon! :D
Enjoy!
POV: Munch, Casey, Alex, and Elliot. (They'll be in order.)
The Freak Loose in Malibu
Chapter 1
There the evil person sat, looking from Olivia to Alex to Casey. He stood up and pulled their blindfolds down so he could get a better look at them. All three women were scared, but tried not to show it. They were tied up in a dark room that they had never seen before by a man wearing a mask. The evil person was in control now.
"Do what I say or you three die," the evil person told them smugly.
(Two days ago)
"Olivia, Elliot, Munch, Fin? Could you four come into my office please?" Captain Cragen asked Olivia, Elliot, Fin, and me before we took two steps into the 1-6 precinct on Friday morning.
"Sure thing, Cap," Fin told him as we walked into his office.
"I got a call from my friend in Malibu earlier this morning. His name is Joseph Dillan and he's the captain at the Malibu Police Station," Captain informed us.
"So where do we come in?" I asked.
"He told me that there is a child molester/serial killer that is still at large. So, he asked me if he could borrow my best detectives and that's you four. Do you guys want to go to California?"
"Sounds good," Fin replied.
"Yeah," Olivia agreed. "Maybe while we're there I could get a tan."
"As long as you're doing it in a bikini," I joked quietly, giving her a wink.
"Kathy has been bugging me non-stop for the better part of two weeks, and this sounds like a great excuse for not answering her calls," Elliot laughed.
"I'm glad to hear that. Well, not in your case, Elliot, but you know what I mean. Anyways, you guys should head home and pack your bags. Your plain leaves at five," Captain told us.
We walked out of the precinct, each of us filled with excitement for this adventure. Personally, I was the most excited about seeing Olivia in a bathing suit. Too bad she doesn't know how I really feel about her.
…
Alex and I drove up to the airport. We parked, grabbed our bags, and made our way to our friends, who were standing in at luggage. We checked suitcases in and walked onto the plane. We already decided who would sit where: the girls sat on the left (I got the window sit, Olivia in the middle, and Alex closest to the aisle) and the boys on the right (Munch in the window seat, Elliot in the middle, and Fin in the aisle seat). Luckily we did not have to wait very long before the plane took off.
"So, do you see any hot guys?" I asked Olivia and Alex.
"The man sitting two rows ahead of Fin," Alex giggled, motioning towards a tall, black-haired man.
"Munch," Olivia answered quietly, looking at her hands.
"Liv, everyone knows about that," I told her, stating the obvious.
"Everyone knows you're crushing on Elliot," she retorted.
"You two need to knock it off. You're acting like children This is going to be a long ride and I don't want to hear you two bickering the entire time!" Alex scolded.
"Fine," Olivia and I huffed.
"Besides, everyone knows about both of your little crushed," Alex laughed. Olivia and I hit her playfully.
…
The plane trip from New York City to Malibu took a little over five hours, but when we landed, it was only eight twelve because of the two hour time difference. (Thank God Olivia and Casey didn't argue the rest of the trip or it would have felt a lot longer and I would have had to kill them both.) We grabbed our luggage and looked around the crowded airport for Joseph Dillan, (Olivia told me his name when we were on the plane). While we stood there, the gorgeous man on the plane came over and talked to me.
"Hey," he said.
"Hey," I repeated, mustering up as much courage as I could. I didn't want to sound nervous, but did he have to be so damn hot?
"I'm Peter Williams," he introduced himself, extending his hand towards me.
"I'm Alex Cabot," I told him, shaking his hand. I suddenly was a lot calmer.
"So, do you have a boyfriend?"
"Alex!" Elliot called.
"One sec!" Peter gave me a strange look. I pulled out a piece of paper and a pen from my purse and wrote my cell phone number on it."Uh-sorry, but I have to go. And no, I don't have a boyfriend. He's just my friend. Here's my number. Call me."
"Okay, I will. Bye, Alex," he said, taking my number.
"Bye, Peter." I walked over to my friends. "What is so important? He was just about to ask me out."
"Uh, this is Joseph Dillan," Elliot told me, gesturing to the man standing between him and Fin. He was short, probably about five six, with a strong build. His hair was short and dark brown and he had eyes to match. He was dressed casually, wearing a pair of jeans, a t-shirt, and a pair of sneakers.
"I take it we're leaving?" I asked. Everyone started walking away, so I answered myself. "I guess so." I jogged to catch up with them and began telling Olivia and Casey about Peter.
…
We were a few steps from Joseph's van when I noticed the pop star Hannah Montana and an older man – I'm assuming her manager – her manager looking around. (The only reason I know who she is is because Lizzie is obsessed with her music and Dickie has a huge crush on her.) Something was off. There were no fans surrounding them. They seemed like they lost something. A second glance at Hannah showed me that her face was tear-stricken. While my friends and Joseph were getting into the van, I walked over to them.
"Is something wrong, Miss Montana?" I asked her.
"She can't sign autographs right now," her manager told me, stepping in front of her.
"Sweetie, I'm a cop," I informed her with a warm smile.
She walked towards me. "Can you help us?"
"Sure. That's what I do."
"I can't find my best friend. I think she's missing."
My eyes widen. "Meet me at the Malibu Police Station."
