Snow fell lightly around the two of them, soft puffs of white clouds coming from their nostrils as they walked side by side. Uraraka shivered from beside him, her hands coming to pull her scarf tighter over revealed skin. She tried to ignore the fact that Bakugou's eyes glanced at her, lingering a second longer, but she still smiled gently to herself.

"The snow is cold." His voice was smaller than usual, she noticed almost immediately. It was unlike him to speak so softly, but instead of commenting on it, she nodded her head in agreement.

"It usually is," Uraraka joked with a soft voice. She could feel her cheeks heat up the moment his head turned full force and he was facing her. Instead of ignoring his line of sight this time, she spared him a glance and could see the fire burning within those familiar ruby orbs. Her hands shot up defensively and she grinned. "I'm only joking!"

"I'm aware, angelface." His cheeks heated up and his gaze was anywhere but her now.

She blinked a few times before catching up to his pace. He walked with his hands deep in his pockets and his face hidden away from her - it was clear that his blush remained and he didn't want her to see. She shrugged off the annoyance she felt with herself and grasped his elbow, careful not to set him off.

Bakugou stopped at her touch, she could feel the way his body tensed under her touch but he relaxed almost instantly when he acknowledged that it was only her. She found it almost funny how quiet and tame he became when it was just the two of them - she missed his loud, boisterous and cocky self during these times, but also enjoyed the silent and dorky side of him as well.

"Have you ever made snow angels?" She asked, trying to gain his attention with small talk. The only response she received was the shake of his head, to which her brows furrowed. "Well, let's make them."

His eyes flashed in her direction, his own brows furrowed as he stared her down. "And why would we do that? It's childish." He claimed, ice coating his words.

They hurt, but she shook them off with a deep inhale and silent exhale. Upon releasing her frustrations, she slid her glove covered hand into his own and tugged on him lightly. "Loosen up a bit," she pleaded with a quiet, calm voice.

Her tugging came to a halt when he grasped her hand in his own, his warmth surrounding her fingers as his grip tightened. "Not right now." His stirn voice filled the void between the two of them, and instead of melting into a puddle, she found that she was slowly losing herself in those eyes of his.

Warm and demanding, although gentle, she loved the way their shimmered against the lights in the evening. He could've looked angry, but she knew that deep down, he was really trying to do anything but.

Uraraka's heart pounded in her chest, heavily against her ribcage as her blood began to rush in her veins. She felt her cheeks heat up when the distance between them closed, his nose merely centimeters from her own. It wasn't until then that she realized just how thick and long his light eyelashes were - they mimicked the color of his blonde, unruly hair.

His masculine smell enveloped her, carried her to a far away place and made her mind feel dizzy. Ururaka basked in it, soaked up not only his scent, but his presence; the way his hand held hers didn't go unnoticed either, and before she knew it, the heat of his lips pressed against hers.

Uraraka was unsure at first, hesitant while her breath caught in her lungs and her hands stilled in his. His lips were warm and soft, gentle as they made contact and just like that, it felt like time stood still around her. The flakes that fell from gray clouds seemed to have stop, the blinking and shimmering lights around them came to a stand still, and only her eyes glanced around for a brief second. Things seemed to have come back to life the moment she relaxed her body and leaned into him, forming her lips upon his and returning the feeling.

Bakugou was taller than her, his chin had been tilted down to reach her lips. When he suddenly pulled away, their faces remained so very close together, she could still feel his warm breath fan across her cheeks.

"Why are you looking at me like that?" His defensive side showed instantly, his glossy eyes hardened immediately, but Uraraka looked passed it all. She knew deep down that he was soft, almost fragile. Bakugou had swallowed his fears, yet they had resurfaced and just like that, she could read it like it was written all over his face.

"Calm down," she demanded softly. Her hand came to rest on his face, her lips hovering just above his own. She could feel his breaths stagger after every inhale and exhale - that seemed to have stopped when she pressed her lips against his own.

It was the first time they had ever been this close to one another, skin on skin. Bakugou was gentle and pure, his hands resting on her waist as he wasn't quite sure where to put them. Uraraka had her arms around his neck, her weight on her tiptoes as she met him in the middle.

Life between the two of them would be different after this, but it was something they both acknowledged. The moment they broke free of one another's lips, Uraraka continued to hold him in her arms, his body fitting to hers like the perfect puzzle piece.

Bakugou was a romantic at heart, something she could feel through the way he held her gently and how his lips touched hers softly. She'd never voice it, she just knew.

"Come on," she slid her hands down his chest and slowly pulled them away. "Let's go make those snow angels."

With a slight giggle and a tug on his hand, she kicked her way through the snow with Bakugou in tow. His grunts of disapproval didn't phase her, because when they finally faced their true feelings for one another, she knew that he only ever wanted to see her happy.
