Tomoya watched Ushio play with hopeful eyes. Then suddenly, he heard Nagisa's voice call to him. In a odd way. Like she was singing.

Hey Jude,

What the hell? His name wasn't Jude, but the voice came again.

Don't make it bad. Take a sad song, and make it better. Remember to let her into your heart, then you can start to make it better.

Tomoya smiled his gaze drifting to Ushio. "I will, Nagisa. I promise" he whispered to himself, yet he was sure she heard it. She had to have heard it, because the voice continued.

Hey Jude,

Tomoya frowned. This crap again? Come on, Nagisa. She knew what is real name was!

Don't be afraid. You were made to go out, and get her. The minute you let her under your skin. Then you began to make it better.

Tomoya understood. Ushio was his life, and it was his destiny to protect her. He believed that although other men had money and fancy things. He was the most lucky, because every day he got to spend it with the little girl that made his universe make sense. The voice continued in a warning tone.

And, any time you feel the pain. Hey Jude, refrain. Don't carry the world upon your shoulder. For well you know, that it's a fool who plays it cool by making his world a little colder.

Tomoya gave a slight nod. "I also promise, I won't run away like I did before. I'll take reasonability for her; I promise. I missed the first five years of her life I'm not missing anymore." the voice continued.

Hey Jude,

Wow! He really wished she stop doing that.

Don't let me down. You have found her. Now go, and get it out, let it out. Remember to let her into your heart, then you can start to-

The voice stopped, and Tomoya sat confused. "start to, what?" Then it was his own voice, in his mind, shouting at him what he needed to do.

Make it better. Better .BETTER! BETTER! BETTER!

Tomoya broke out of his far off gaze to see Ushio next to him kicking her feet, and singing a simple tune.

"Na. Na. na na na na. Na na na."

Hey Jude,

Hey Jude,

Tomoya laughed out loud at the rhythm of his thoughts, and his daughters singing. How quaint. How pleasant. How perfect was this ordinary day at the park.

Sadly, he had to work in the morning, so they had to leave the perfection. As he walked holding hands with Ushio, who was gleefully skipping, he made one last promise to Nagisa.

"I'll never forget you." he whispered to himself. As his lips slowly to crept into a genuine smile.
