Also for Rie.

I HOPE YOU KNOW I LOVE YOU BBY.

M'gann watches the speedster as he sits on the couch, squashed between Robin and Roy. The two boys seem to be trying to talk to him, but it's clear that Wally isn't listening. That he probably hasn't been since the moment they'd sat down.

When Roy gets up to leave, eyes sad, but mouth angry, he stomps through the room, glaring at M'gann.

Robin leaves next, shoulders hunched, fists clenched. M'gann understands how annoyed both boys must be. They'd been trying to help Wally; tried to make him understand that these things happen. But, M'gann reflects, watching the boy lean forward, hands clenched tightly, shoulders shaking, maybe Wally doesn't need to understand. Maybe, Wally already knows.

Levitating cookies onto a plate, M'gann walks towards the couch, sitting down next to Wally, who turns away from her quickly, wiping at his face. He stays turned away. M'gann places the cookies down on the table, a smile tugging at her lips. Wally glances at them slowly, eyes bloodshot.

Throughout the years that M'gann has known Wally, only one time has she seen him cry like this. When Artemis died—or didn't die—she still wasn't sure what happened. All she knows is that Wally isn't supposed to be like this.

Her green hand finds his, and his free hand closes around a cookie. "Thanks Megs." He murmurs, glancing at her.

She smiles at him, pulling the speedster in for a hug. She can feel her shoulder getting wet; Wally's tears staining the blue fabric, but she doesn't care. Instead, she rubs his back, whispering to him as he murmurs "I'm not ready to be Flash yet," over and over.
