Joe looked over at his brother, who was looking though old files. They had a really tough case. Nancy had been kidnapped. She had almost died meaning Frank look more than worse for wear.
"Why not?" he asked.

"I can't"
"But why not. It's so obvious. A blind man could see it. Is it really that hard to admit. Just say it"

"How can I admit that I think about her all the time or that I care about her more than anyone. How can I admit that I don't know what I'll do if any harm comes to her"

"Cause nothing could happen between us. To admit my feelings knowing that it hurt's to much"
Just as Frank stopped talking the door opened.
