A/N - Just a drabble really. Maybe you'll find some enjoyment in this....
Gizmo was just Gizmo. He'd call you a "scum-scruffer" one second, and then try to fix your new Ferrai the next. He wasn't a bad guy really, just misunderstood. Sure, he enjoyed stealing new tools from decent shops, and hacking into computers for the sheer fun of torturing those damned souls in those stupid cubicles but he would never hurt anyone. Or rather he would never kill anyone.
Sometimes Gizmo wonders if he was really has the guts to be a villain, and then there are other times where he couldn't think of a better career for himself. The H.I.V.E never understood him though. Brother Blood always figured that Gizmo would be the first one to break out due to his intellectual abilities. He was just too smart not to make it into villain hood, even if his physical frame made it easier for heroes to bring him down. That's why Gizmo always tried to hide around, well gizmos. He always knew that if a hero (or heroine) ever caught him without some gadget that he would surely be dead. But, this never really bothered him too much. Gizmo knew that he wouldn't live past 25, and that was okay because who wants to live to be a dementia ridden idiot anyway?
No, Gizmo wasn't a bad guy really. He was just misunderstood. Maybe one day someone would figure that out on their own and leave him alone. Because why in the hell would any major business need an extra million in the bank, he might as well get rid of their suffering and take it for himself. ...it's not like they'd miss it anyway right?
