Tony sat on the chair with his eyes closed, but he could feel the presence of the man circling him.
"I know you're awake." The man said. But tony kept his eyes closed.
"why are you here?" the man asked..
..no answer..
"I'll ask you again next time I won't be so nice, Why are you here?" this time Tony opened his eyes but still didn't say anything.
"you know, you will talk.., eventually."
"I'm not gonna tell you anything." Tony said for the first time.
The man walked out of the room only to return a couple of minutes later carrying a box.
"truth serum, my own design a mix of sodium pentathol and other ingredients that will make you talk." The man said while he injected something into Tony's arm.
"who are you?"
"I'm very special agent Anthony DiNozzo. From the Naval Criminal Investigative Service."
"And why are you here? "
"Vengeance"
"vengeance? For what?"
"for the only woman I ever truly loved."
"and why would that be? "
"you killed her"
"I killed many people, what makes you think I killed 'the only woman YOU truly loved'?"
"my gut."
"your gut?"
"yes my gut"
The man started to circle around Tony again.
"what's her name? "
"her name was Ziva"
"David?"
Tony froze.
"well that I guess your gut was right, because I killed that little bitch."
"Liar!!" Tony yelled
"I thought you said you already knew I killed her…?"
Tony swallowed and took a deep breath. "doesn't mean I wanted it to be true.. I want Proof!"
The man said something in a language Tony didn't understand and an other man came in with something hanging over his shoulder… Something that appeared to be a person. He dropped it on the floor but Tony couldn't see a face.
"Here's you proof" The first man said and he laughed, he turned to the second man "I guess this is a typical case of 'till death us part'" he said and an other laugh escaped.
the second man turned the body over so Tony could see who it was.
There she was his Ziva lying on the floor. Her face covered in blood.
And she wasn't breathing
"No!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
"Tony? Tony!"
Tony jolted awake
"calm down my little hairy but, it's okay, it was just a nightmare." He heard his girlfriend say.
"You okay?" she asked when Tony relaxed.
Tony nodded
"you want to talk about it?"
"I thought I lost you"
She "well do not worry I'm not going anywhere." She kissed his forehead.
"now go back to sleep, Gibbs will kill us if we are late again."
they laid down again.
"I love you Zi"
"I love you to now go to sleep"
"yeah night"
"good night my love"
