"Hey Tony! What's up?" Pepper greeted. As she approached him, Tony was pleased to find that she wrapped her arms around his shoulders and kissed his cheek.
"Ah, you know, homework...nothing I can't do later, of course." Tony responded as he whisked her around the couch and wrapped his arms around her waist and pulled her down to sit with him. Pepper sat next to him with a giggle as Tony pulled her on top of him and kissed her cheeks. Pepper giggled, which was music to Tony's ears.
After a minute or two more of Tony tickling Pepper to death, they calmed down and Tony whispered something into her ear.
"I love you, Pep,"
Pepper smiled at the statement.
"I love you too, Tony," she responded. "I always will."
Tony smiled and as they sat up, he moved in for a kiss.

Tony jolted awake, scared out if sleep by the thought of him and Pepper in a relationship. The thought wasn't exactly foreign to him, but it did, however, frighten him. What if he were to tell her he liked her, which he still wasn't sure of? What if something went wrong and they broke up? Their friendship would be ruined. And he knew for sure he didn't want to lose her.
Tony shuffled downstairs for breakfast, not bothering to out a shirt on first.
"Hey, dude," Rhodey greeted as Tony sat down and poured some cereal. "Have a bad dream last night?"
"Not bad...just weird." Tony said, going into detail to explain his dream.
Rhodey was amused by Tony's obliviousness.
"Dude, even your conscience knows you like her."
"I do not like her, were just friends." Toby explained.
"Suuure..." Rhodey chuckled.
"I don't!" Tony defended. Rhodey chuckled again, making Tony question further whether he really did like Pepper or not. Both of them unaware of the fact that the Iron Man armor was about to go rogue.
Aw, poo, that was really short...but whatever, it was cute. My laptop has some sort of virus, and its taking a bit more than I wanted to fix it. So until I get it fixed, I probably won't be posting anything...the only way to post is via my desktop computer and I don't go on that much. So sorry! (I WAS working on chapter 2 to Camping, but obviously those plans are on hold...) Anyways, review!
