A dark green male gecko with dark green hair ran through the woods as fast as his skinny legs could carry.
"Joe, I know your out here!" shouted a voice from behind him.
The gecko, now know as Joe, hid in soem tall grass as a giant grey wolf came into view and it was so angry.
"Come out, come out wherever you are, Joey." said the wolf mockingly, "Let old Schrieber take your worries away, with my mouth!"
The wolf, now known as Schrieber, heard a rustle in the tall grass. With an evil smirk, he leaped forward and began swiping the grass.
"Come on, Joe," Shrieber shouted, "How many times must we do this?!"
As he resumed swiping as the grass, Joe reveals to be hiding from behind a tree, breathing heavily.
"That should keep him busy for a while." Joe mused before scurrying off again."
Joe made his way into the bottom of a large pine tree, where there was a not very long hole that led to a small hut on the other end. In the hut, there was a light green female gecko with light green hair. She was sitting on a small nest.
"Oh, Joe, you made it!" the female gecko screeched in delight.
"Hello, Frida," said Joe as he came to her, "Sorry if I arrived late. Schrieber was on my tail again."
"So I heard," said Frida jokingly. She then gave a surprised look. "And not a minute too soon!"
"What's wrong?" asked Joe.
'it's time!" Rita squealed.
Joe gave a gasp of realization, "You mean...?"
"Yup."
"Well, don't just sit there, let me see." said Joe anxiously.
Frida got up from the nest and in the nest was two shaking eggs.
"Ooh, this is so exciting!" squealed Frida.
"Heh, don't I know it." said Joe.
The egg on the left had 2 hand come out of it and pretty soon, the entire egg was torn by them, revealing a baby dark green gecko with light green hair. It also seems to be female.
"Woah, a strong tyke," chuckled Joe.
"What a raving rhonda," said Frida.
"That's what we'll call her, Rhonda." said Joe thoughtfully.
"Ok." agreed Frida.
The right egg cracked from under and it revealed 2 feet. As the family looked on with confusion, the legs began dancing.
"A dancing egg;" Joe said with amusement, "now I've seen everything."
The egg ran into a wall and cracked to reveal a baby light green gecko with dark green hair, who hit the floor on his back. It also seemed to be male.
The parents laughed in amusement.
"Well looks like Vincent here likes to dance around." said Frida.
"Vinnie?" asked Joe.
"Yeah, he looks like a Vincent. But let's just call him Vinnie for short," said Frida.
"That sounds nice," said Joe happily, "and remember the middle name we talked about for the boy?"
"How could I forget?" said Frida bemusedly, "Alphonso."
"Don't you forget it." said Joe teasingly as he snuggled up to his wife, who returned the gesture as they watched their offspring playing in the nest.
