House chuckles, not taking his eyes off of Wilson. "I knew you'd appreciate this exquisite piece of hospital gossip."

Cuddy looks at House, then at the empty space across from him. "Who are you talking to?"

"Nobody," House snaps quietly and gets up, leaving the not yet empty cafeteria tray behind.
