There ain't many stories out on about Ash's Pidgeot (or any other Pidgeot for that matter). So I figured out I need to write one and submit it.
Here's Pidgeot's current moveset right now, will update it when she learned more moves.

Level : 36 (as Ash released her in the very same episode of the anime that she evolved.)

- Sand-Attack
Pathetic, I know. But as we advance further into the story, she will learn better moves.

"Hey, Ace... I need to tell ya something." Zephyr said to her flock deputy, a young, strong Pidgeotto named Ace. "Yes.. What is it, Zephyr..?" He stammered quietly. While the Pidgeot just whispered quietly "I must leave. This is not my birth-flock, and since you guys are all young and strong, Shadow the Fearow and his Spearow minions shouldn't be of any trouble. Take care of Pallet flock. Train the young Pidgey to be great warrior birds. And make sure... Make sure that.. if they are captured... make sure that they got good... trainers. Unlike... mine..." Zephyr sobbed a little at a memory of her previous trainer, a 10-years old boy with dark hair, brown eye gleaming in determination. Ash Ketchum, his name was. No matter that he never uses the Bird Pokémon in battle, replace her with various flying-types, and even broke a promise to come back for her. But yet, Zephyr still loved him unconditionally ever since she was captured by him in Viridian Forest. "You mean that Ash guy?" Ace questioned the flock leader. "Yes... Bye, Ace, tell the flock I'm leaving.." With that, Zephyr took to the sky in a mighty blast of wind.
