High above the clouds, a beautiful woman lounged on a cloud, staring down at the human world, occasionally sighing in annoyance at the people she was watching.
"For god sakes! Just tackle her and rape her or something!" She shouted in annoyance, watching a man named L talk to a pretty girl called Amai, they had been working together for a long time and even the woman could see that they were both into her.
"Ok! That's it!" She exclaimed as she threw her hands up in annoyance, seeing L try to confess his feelings but eventually he popped out that he loved her cakes.
Briskly walking to another cloud, blonde hair bouncing gracefully against her back with every step, finally shoving a few clouds away to reveal a fancy book, with red laced covers and promiscuous lace to bind the pages, on the cover, in elegant cursive, 'Sex Note' was written.
"Better write the rules down in case they're even dumber then they are shy." She said as she sat down and brushed her hair out of her eyes.
Opening to the first page, she took out a pen with cute fluffy feathers on the end.
"Let's see…Ah yes," She began to write, "The human whose name is written in this Sex Note, will unconditionally have sex with you, however…the person has to have some extent of feelings for the user that way, it's not rape."
Looking pleased with herself, she continued to write.
"You can only use the Sex Note once…If you write a type of specific fantasy you well be transported to a separate dimension."
'I feel like I'm forgetting something…' She thought.
She looked up in thought then made a happy gasping noise as she continued to write.
"There are no limits to fantasies, so long as it is nothing masochistic or dangerous."
She paused to look them over before continuing.

Walking over to her previous cloud, she knelt down, Sex Note in hand and looked down, soon seeing L standing on top of a building looking out at the city, obviously thinking.
"L-kun you make this too easy." She sighed as she dropped the Notebook, making it fall down…down…down until finally it dropped on his head and landed in front of him.
"Ow…" He muttered in annoyance as he looked up at the sky then down at the Note book.
'Enjoy.' The woman thought with a malicious smile.
"What's this?" He picked the book up, "Sex…Note?"
Curious, he opened to the first page and began to read the rules while biting his thumb nail.
"Hm…this is a little over the top…" He muttered as he tilted his head in confusion.
'But, it's worth a try…' he thought as he shoved it down his shirt and walked inside, making his way to his bedroom.
