Ever since Robert has started all this - their 'a one-night stand' thing, which was never going to be like that - Aaron never once thought of asking his lover of the consequences of their secret relationships, but frankly due to them both developing some sort of an attachment towards each other and which, sadly none of men were about to admit, he never got to do it.

Besides, there was no perfect chance to do so as well. Firstly, because Robert, himself, would never bring up this topic into conversation, simply because it was Robert. Secondly, he wanted to keep it simple. So did Aaron. At first. But since Andy and Katie's wedding something has changed and there was no turning back.

They've met at the barn the following day.

Each of their secret meetings always left Aaron craving more. But he never was sure of what exactly he wanted so badly. Was it possible? They weren't real lovers and all the little coupley things that Aaron had an urge to do were absurd as it would mean he was in love with Robert...which he wasn't.

Of course he was feeding himself fat lies - that Robert's stance and the intoxicating smell of his body mixed with cologne didn't sent shivers down his spine and that when their lips met he didn't get that an electrified feeling... He was falling for Robert Sugden and there was no way back.

They stayed in that cold barn for a while after the act of their passion had filled their bodies with warmth. Robert was behaving oddly, though Aaron didn't mind that at all, since deep down he wanted this tenderness even if it was just for a moment - he needed it. He needed those soft touches and Robert's hands were making circles on his spine, whilst his breath was tickling his ears...Aaron felt a sudden desire to turn around, but hesitated as he thought it'd break the spell that apparently Robert was under, which would cause him to saunter off again. No, he will not spoil it, even if it was just this once when he saw a different side to Robert. A more kinder side of him.

They parted with a prolonged kiss which left them both breathless. Robert, grinning then took Aaron's hand in his own and said something that took Aaron aback.

''I know it doesn't make any sense,'' and then Robert bent a bit and whispered into Aaron's ear. ''but I drank too much of you, and to be honest it's not enough.'' Aaron's breath hitched. Apparently he didn't expect anything like that to be said to him as Robert set their rules before. And what kind of response he could give to Robert?

Aaron didn't manage to utter a word as he was being attacked by Robert's demanding lips again. ''I wish I could stay but I can't. I want you to know that I want this, I mean us.'' Aaron couldn't believe what was happening, nor he wanted it to end. He looked Robert in the eyes and completely lost it. The way Robert's eyes, so blueish told him everything he wanted to know so that he was so disposed to believe in these words. In them. However strange it sounded, he believed.

Love is a leap of faith and Aaron wasn't afraid of jumping too high as he felt that his feelings would make him fly and guide to his right path on which someone, who truly cares would wait for him however long it is needed.
