Let me sing you the song of my people! The song of frantic screams and roaring fires! The crazy grins on the faces of my merry group. Our laughter filled the air as we lit houses upon houses on fire. I passed a screaming child and stopped. Looking back I noticed she was covered in soot and ash.

"Where's your mommy little girl?" I asked kindly.

She looked at me fearfully and stuttered out "S-she's in t-the house!"

I clicked my tongue. Poor girl, her house was on fire.

"A-are they in h-heaven?" she asked hesitantly.

I let a grin slowly eat away at my face. "Why yes they are little girl! Would you like to join them?"

Her eyes brightened. "Can I?" she asked hopefully.

This child couldn't be more than five summers! I grinned and opened my arms to her.

"Of course you can dear! Now come here so I can take you to heaven".

She rushed over and hugged me tight. I held her close as I pet her head. I whispered a jovial tune to her as I positioned my hands around her head. With a sharp twist, a popping sound came from her neck. With a strong yank, her head came off. Her body dropped to the floor with blood spilling everywhere. I admired the shocked look eternally written on her face.

'This one is going on my shelf.'

I thought to myself as I grabbed a nearby plank of wood and shoved one end into the brains of the girl.

I grinned manically as I ran down the streets, showing off my new prize to everyone. My friends smiled at my triumph, which made me happy. I relished at the horror on the faces of the townspeople. I ran off into the sunset with my bloody prize, living happily ever after.
