Bak Chan was huddled under a table to avoid the food storm going on in the middle of the cafeteria. And to think, he just came to see how they were doing.
He was confused. He had thought that Walker and Kanda had finally settled their differences and admitted that they liked each other, so why where they fighting in the middle of the Order's cafeteria?
His thoughts were rudely interrupted when the table he was hiding under was suddenly lifted into the air by Kanda and launched at Allen's head. Allen easily dodged the flying furniture, but the same could not be said for the poor finder who was now lying pinned beneath the table.
He had almost started believing that this would go on forever, when Kanda's foot landed on a napkin, which promptly slid away from under him, sending the Japanese man tumbling down with a startled curse. Unable to twist away in time, his head connected with the arm of a fallen chair, rendering him unconscious. Allen blinked, looking surprised for a second, then walked over to where Kanda was lying. With a slightly savage grin he picked up the unconscious man and tossed him across his shoulder. In a smug voice, he remarked "Looks like I've now beaten you 16 times to 12". He then proceeded to saunter out of the cafeteria with the taller man still draped over his shoulder.
A pained groan broke Bak out of his shocked contemplation of the still vibrating door that Allen had slammed behind him. Blinking, he bent down to help the poor finder from under the table. "I wish they would find a better why to settle things", the man complained as he got to his feet. "What do you mean?" Bak asked. "Oh, he's just talking about their daily competition," Lavi interrupted, jogging up to them with a grin on his face. "It's their fourth fight this week. You're just unlucky to have visited during one of the more violent ones. You should have come yesterday when they where doing embroidery, or two days before that when they were having a cooking contest. Allen's souffé is simply divine". "Really? It's that good? Wait, I mean what are they fighting about?" Back asked. "Is it not obvious? They're fighting about who gets to be seme today."
