The handle clicked as Haruhi opened the door to music room three.
The usual whirlwind of rose petals hit her face.
"Mistaken for a girl, again…" she mumbled, allowing the petals to settle, to find the Host Club dressed up as Cupid's.
"Welcome, Princess." Tamaki said, extending his hand out towards Haruhi.
"It's just Haruhi, Tono." The twins said.
"I can see that!" Tamaki retarded, raising his voice slightly.
The twins stuck their tongues out at the tone of Tamaki's voice.
"Mommy!" Tamaki yelled, flinging his arms around Kyouya's shoulders, as though he was going to kiss him. "Those doppelgangers are being mean to me!" Tamaki yelled as Kyouya pried Tamaki's arms off of his shoulders.
"Enough!" Haruhi yelled. "I have had enough of this to last a lifetime!" She continued. "I don't want to hear anymore of this today!" She finished.
"Haruhi?!" Tamaki, Hikaru, and Kaoru wined.
"Haru-chan?!" Hunny cried.
"..." came Mori's silence.
"Adding 1,000 yen to Haruhi's debt…" Kyouya said, loudly, writing in his notebook.
"Why?" Haruhi asked, rather loudly.
"For yelling." Was Kyouya's answer.
"It's okay, Haruhi," Hikaru started, throwing his right arm around her shoulder. "Yeah, Haruhi," Kaoru continued, throwing his left arm around her shoulder. "You'll pay it off, one day." They finished together in usion.
Haruhi shrugged the twins arms off before mumbling, "yeah right," and walking towards her table. In her seat sat Tamaki's bear. It held a box of chocolates with a sticky-note on it. The note read:
"To Haruhi.
Happy Valentines Day."
"Aw…" she mumbled as she picked up the box. "Thanks, Tamaki-sempai." She said.
Tamaki winked as girls started to fill the seats around him.
'Here they come...' Haruhi thought as her table was filled with eager girls.
~Time Skip~
Since the day was over, Haruhi slung her school bag over her shoulder with a sigh. She said a quick 'goodbye,' to the fleeting boys as she picked up her box of chocolates.
"Haruhi." Kaoru said, pulling Haruhi away from her thoughts of dinner.
"Kaoru?" She asked, turning around to face him. "I thought everyone had left." She said, thinking aloud.
"Yes, they have." He said, taking a step towards her. "But I wanted to give you these." He said as he handed her some roses.
"Oh! Thank you, Kaoru!" She said as she pulled the card tucked inside out to read it. The front had her name on it. The inside had a poem.
"Roses are red, violets are not really blue, but I love you."
Haruhi lifted her head right as Kaoru planted a kiss right on her cheek.
"Happy Valentines Day, Haruhi."
