She stood staring at the varnished oak door, hand resting on the polished handle.
It's funny she thought, it was just 4 years ago that she stood in this room, well not so much stood more like pranced around in a daze of regenerated energy, and watched her own father lock this door.
Now here she was, minutes later as far as the man on the other side of said door was concerned, debating whether or not to open the door and free the man who, in her opinion, was the most vile human to walk the planet. With the exception of Thamal Harkness*, but the 50th century was a whole different matter altogether, and relatives of Captain Jack Harkness barely even classed as human.
What if opening this door changes the future? Well his future, her past, or the past, because it wasn't really HER past... she groaned. Why was time travel still so confusing?
Sighing she pulled the handle and opened the door.

She looked down at the man inside, slightly disappointed that the moment wasn't as dramatic as she had hoped for.

The man squinted up at her.
"Who are you?" he demanded.
She scoffed at his authoritative tone, smirking she turned on her heel and walked away.
"I came to let you out. Now as a favour" she can't help the smirk that tugs at the corner of her mouth "maybe you could try and behave."
His glare deepens, "I asked who you are. Now answer".
She turned around to face him again, her expression cold,
"You expect me to answer to you. Really? People talk about me, there are chapters on me in history books, I have spent time in the worst prison known to any living creature. But you" she takes a step towards him, "you, are not even human. You are vile, you are horrific, you take up space and time that should have been given to a worthwhile citizen. You are evil." She spits out.
He stares at her, breathing slightly accelerated.
"You have very pretty eyes. Wild eyes."
She recoils in shock.
"How.. don't.. Sorry Adolf. Those eyes are taken" she splutters.
"But I am the Führer" he states. He says it so simply, like this should be something to impress her, make her swoon.
"And I'm the lady who killed the Doctor" she laughs. "Do you really think you're good enough for me?" she spits back.
"You have done bad things. You are a naughty girl. You do not like to have fun. You tease. But you have very pretty eyes. Your hair is wild like the wind. You look to be different. Very beautiful, very, very beautiful. Adolf likes beautiful." he is walking towards her now, slowly, as if wary of what she is capable of;
"You came out of the closet only to chat up a woman? Ugh men" she sighs, rolling her eyes.
She takes a couple of steps back, "Buh-bye Hitler. And I will be back" she turns her back on him, he hears a click as the safety latch on her gun is flicked off.
She turns around slowly pointing it directly between his eyes as she hops up onto the window ledge.
"Don't go trying any funny business now Hitler. The professor doesn't like that", she pauses, "Ooh, I like the sound of that".
Hitler watches as she steps off the windowsill and falls into the world below.
"Very beautiful"
