The Dance oF Love
A Story Of Trieze And Lady Une
Lady Une watched as the soldiers gracefully danced. Her true love, Trieze was supposed to arrive later on. While she watched the soldiers prance around the room, she thought of a poem:
As I watch them gracefully dance.
Steller soldiers prance
I'm stuck in a pleasent trance.
She felt a tap on her shoulder.
"All shall rise for his ecelency."
An old man whispered into her ear.
"No, its alright, Pegen." Said a familiar vioce.
Lady Une looked the other way.
Wearing a blue uniform with many badges of honor, and a golden pistol at his side was Trieze.
"My love."She replied, then walked over to give him a simple kiss.
"Oh, I'm sorry, your ecelency." Apologized the old man.
"Thats quite alright." Replied Trieze, then kissed Lady Une on the cheek.
"Now,Lady, what is it I have in my pocket?"
Asked Trieze, then chuckled a little.
She reached down into his long pocket and pulled out a rose.
While she was looking at the rose with wonder, Trieze pulled something else out of his pocket.
She continued looking at each little petal and counting them.
She snapped out of her little trance, when Trieze tapped her on the shoulder to get her attention.
"What is that in your hand behind your back?" She asked him, trying to get a glimpse of what he had.
Trieze took a deep breath, then replied softly.
"My dear Lady, will you have me?" Her eyes widened as she watched what he took out from behind his back.
A small, gold ring, which had two hearts engraved with thier names in each heart.
"Of course!" She said, her voice shaky because the startlement.
They took a seat at the reserved table for them.
"Don't they look beautiful, Trieze?" She asked him.
"I mean the way the soldiers seem so graceful."
"Yes, they do." Trieze said. "I've never relized how graceful they look until now.
Now that i'm with you."
The soft beating of the drum of war,
Shall be heard no more.
Now that I've found you,
You're the light in the dark that'll see me through
"Will you take this dance, my Lady?" Asked Trieze softly, whispering the words in her ear.
"Sure." Said Lady Une, taking his hand.
He took her hand tenderly in his.
Then they walked to the dance floor.
As they were waltzing, she looked deep into his blue eyes.
"You're very good at walzing." Complemented Trieze, as they continued to dance.
"Thank You." She answered, as her blue-velvet dress swayed in front of her.
Soon, they were the only ones on the dance floor, everyone else had gotten tired, or otherwise.
Then, suddenly, the music ended.
Trieze and Lady Une stopped.
For the first time, they noticed they were the only ones on the dance floor.
Everyone was cheering and clapping.
Instead of bowing, they ended the session with a passionate kiss.
