Lost in Darkness
Authors Note: Hey readers, this was for Valentine's Day. Sorry it took so long. This is a one shot.
Voldemort was sitting in his chair, watching the fire going, with Nagini.
"Ah, the flames are amazing, aren't they girl?" he said to the snake.
"Yes indeed, Master," the snake said.
At that moment, the door to the room opened, "uh, my Lord, sorry to interrupt you, but Miss Lestrange is here," said Wormtail.
Voldemort turned to face him. What could Bellatrix want? I didn't send for her, he thought.
"Should I send her away?" asked Wormtail.
"No, she's already her. Send her in," said the dark wizard.
"Yes my Lord," said Wormtail, and with that he closed the door. It wasn't that long before it opened again and Bellatrix stepped in. She was soaked from the rain and her hair was a mess from the wind. But then again, it was always a mess.
"My Lord, I'm here to tell you something," said Bellatrix. She then walked over to him nervously, "and I'm scared to tell you."
"Well, certainly for you, I have time," said Voldemort. Nagini then slithered on to his shoulder, in a very jealous way.
"Well, um, it's like this. I'm one of your most faithful followers and I don't know how you will take what I am about to said," said Bellatrix.
Voldemort looked into her mind and saw something that disturbed him. It was pictures of her dancing around. Then he saw that she was in love with him but was too scared to say anything. He came back from her mind. He stared at her in disbelief. He was going to reject her, of course, but for some reason he couldn't. For some reason, all he wanted to do was take her in his arms and kiss her. Yes, he would do just that.
"Bella, hold still and don't speak," said Voldemort. Without a warning, his lips turned to hers. She made no move to pull away, as she kissed back. Once they pulled apart, the dark wizard said to her, "now listen, Bella, you can't tell anyone about this."
"Of course not, my Lord, this will stay between us," with that, she apparated home.
Voldemort was once again left to his thoughts, but this time, they were different.
