You were so cute, so sweet.
But then, alas, we were forced to say goodbye.
Because of that, I gave a deep sigh.
I saw you again in the city of Santalune.
You hoped to capture my heart, soon.
At first I did not recognize you.
That, even now, I truly rue.
You had a flashback, in episode seven.
About how meeting me was like heaven.
Then, I remembered you, without a doubt.
About how long I took, you gave a pout.
Your crush on me, you've managed to hide,
That is, until, I almost died.
When Yveltal killed me, you, between tears, confessed your love.
When Xerneas revived me, we became a couple, a match made from above.
Through the gyms I went, with your love and support,
We even defeated Team Flare! It was almost a date of sort.
When I won the league, I decided to stay around,
In the Kalos region, so we could settle down.
And now, I have something of you to ask,
It isn't a chore, a favour, or a task.
Serena Yvonne, you've changed my life.
