Dark Hunter
"Get up, Yami, it's wonderful day, even if you have high school and no girlfriend, remember, you're saving the world! It's worth it!" the recorded image of the teen said.
"Don't remind me!" Yami nearly yelled at the screen as he pulled on his shirt.
"Hey guess what! You didn't do your math homework! You have thirty minutes to do it, or your fail, remember, that last trip put you behind major! GET IT DONE!" the image sounded.
"Damn," he had four papers he had to finish for make up work
"Remember these are the best days of your life," the picture went blank as it said it's last words.
Yami turned off the light and ran down the stairs jumping the last few he ran out the door.
"Bye Grandpa," he yelled as he left.
He paused and looked to his left. People filled the sidewalk. Glaring slightly he jumped and pulled his body up a nearby wall. Getting on top he ran along it, passing the people that walked on the sidewalk. 'Good thing this wall goes along the sidewalk all the way to school' he thought.
He stopped as he came to a park. Some kids where torturing a cat. Yami jumped down and headed over. 'Fourth graders from the looks of it' Yami said to himself.
"Leave it alone," Yami said.
The kids scampered and left the animal with small bags of sand tied to it's feet. Yami knelt to the cat and removed the sacks of sand. Surprised that the cat put up no fight. He watched as the small cat ran off into the shadows.
'My homework,' Yami got up and ran toward the school.

Yugi peaked his head out and watched Yami leave. He rubbed his wrist and shook the sand off his hands. He ran after Yami following him, keeping out of sight.

Yami turned and looked back, he could have sworn that someone was watching him. Yami pulled out his homework and stared at it. It was done, every answer was in its place. He flipped through the rest of the sheets to find them also completed.

"Hey Yami, how was England?" Joey asked.
"Fine my grandma was happy to see me," Yami said. He hated lying to his friend, but he couldn't tell him that he was a demon hunter.
"Great, hey I heard class D is getting a new student," Joey said. "his name is…"
