They're just racing around,
Thankful for the land of the free,
Just two downright nice good ol' boys,
They're as happy as can be,
Always jumping over bridges,
Always outrunning the law,
Always helping out each other,
Always yelling out Yee-Haw!
Always the last to ask for help,
Always the first to lend a hand,
Always the last to judge you first,
Always the first to understand,
They love each other more than life,
They're a trustworthy, close family,
There's Bo and Luke, and Uncle Jesse,
Then there's Daisy and the General Lee,
They're loyal to each and every friend,
Never turn their backs on ones in need,
They'll even help the unworthy,
The ones consumed with hate or greed,
Cooter, Lulu, Miss Tizdale.
Sheriff Roscoe and Boss Hogg, too
If anyone ever needs any help,
They know exactly what to do,
Ask the Dukes for help,
When things are looking grim,
If anyone can help,
You can bet it'll be them,
Trust in them, they'll trust you back,
They'll do anything they need to do,
Rest assured that no matter what,
The Dukes won't abandon you,
What they have, they give to charity,
Even though they don't have a lot,
None of them would tell a lie,
Even if they wouldn't be caught,
They love each other more than life,
They're a trustworthy, close family,

Then there's Daisy and the General Lee,
