Just so you know, I don't own this musical/book/movie. This contains two females getting together so if you don't like it, DON'T READ IT!
Oh, and please tell me what you think!

Vivienne sat in the darkness of the Harvard Library. Alone while her friends were enjoying the company of their significant other, probably huddled together by the fireplace and dreaming of their endless love. It had been one year since she had thrown the ring back at Warner; not that she regretted it, she was just lonely.
She wasn't the kind of person to flirt and party. She was inexperienced. She tried to make up for this by burying herself in work, trying to keep her mind afloat.
She was always the tough lawyer. That's how everyone saw her. This was great during a trial, but she hated still being treated the same outside of the court. She wanted to be the girly-girl sometimes. To feel wanted. To feel needed.
"Vivienne?"
She jumped at the sound and promptly turned around. She saw the figure of Enid Hoopes, a fellow lawyer.
"Hey, Enid. What are you doing here?"
"I could ask you the same thing." She pointed to the lights. "You okay?" She came over and sat down in the chair beside her.
"Yah, I… Enid, have you ever felt so… alone. Like you feel unwanted?"
The lesbian lawyer smiled. "Practically every day."
This was surprising to Vivienne. Enid always carried the 'If you don't like me, you can leave' attitude. She never seemed to care.
As if reading the girl's mind, Enid continued. "Don't let the act full you. I want that someone just like any other girl does."
"I just feel so… like there's no hope for me. I'm so sick of being strong for other people, when I can barely hold myself up." She looked up to see Enid's eyes, sparkling in the faint light from the window. She had never been this close to her before. Her and Enid had never really talked, but now, seeing those eyes, Vivienne had a sudden urge to say something else.
"Enid, uh… When did you know… that you were… that you weren't into men…?" She wasn't even sure where the question had come from.
Enid was just as surprised. "Um," she began. "Well, I guess there's just that point where you look yourself in the mirror and realize who you are. And also I had started noticing a girl from the other side of the algebra classroom."
Vivienne smiled. There was the Enid she knew.
"Why?" Enid asked, her eyes sparking brighter than before.
Vivienne panicked. Why had she asked? "I don't know…"
Enid smirked. "I bet I know."
Vivienne turned to her in surprise and right there, Enid leaned in and gave her a kiss on the lips. Every part of Vivienne's mind told her to start screaming at Enid, but a small part of her savored the moment. It had felt… right.
"Does that help?" Enid said silently, her face still close to the other.
Vivienne didn't think. She gave Enid a passionate kiss; one that she had never dreamed to give Warner.
What was happening to her?
