My first multi-chapter. (KTG was more of a drabble). AHH, I'm so excited!
Intro;
It wasn't that I hated my best friend, Nicholas Lucas' love interests. (I got over that obsessed fan girl thing a long time ago, sue me.) Hate wasn't the right word. It was more of a very, very, very strong dislike. My other best friend, Stella, called it jealousy.
But at least I don't try to sabotage his dates (and vice versa), that's jealousy with a hint of psychopathic loon.
Just kidding. Just kidding.
That's just what happens when two people are madly in love with each other but refuse to admit it.
Kind of like my situation isn't it?
Moving on....
It wasn't that they did anything wrong (well, expect for the backstabber named Penny and the one who couldn't handle dating a rockstar named Amy) unless stealing the heart of the one you love is wrong.
Then again, it's not really stealing the heart of the one you love if the one you love doesn't know you're in love with him. Does that make sense?
Point is, I don't like them.
They aren't good enough for him.
In my eyes, the perfect girl for Nick would be a petite, sporty brunette who totally understood the concept that he's in a famous band and can't spend every waking moment of every day with her and would not use his love song that he wrote for said girl to serenade another guy, or in other words, me, Macy Misa.
Problem is, I'm too much of a friend to go up to him and say 'Hey Nick, I'm totally and completely in love with you. Drop the other girl and just go out with me already will ya?'
Yeah, that sounded so much better when Joe was telling me I should say that.
Funny, I was thinking that's exactly what he should tell Stella, in a more romantic way of course. This is Stella he's trying to impress here. She's a sucker for romance.
When you think about it, it's really a matter of facing the facts that they (Joseph Lucas and Stella Malone) are madly in love with each other they just don't know it, and Nicholas Jerry Lucas, well, he belongs with me.
This was extremely hard to write. I got the idea back when I was visiting the relatives last week and I couldn't wait to get started on it. On the way home I started writing it in the car only to have the whole plot chang. Long story short, at first it was a Macy-centric oneshot, then a Nacy story, then a Joe/anti-Stella, Macy story, then a Jacy oneshot, then this. I think. Good news is, I have plans for this story. It tells you the end, it just doesn't tell you how to get there. TRUTH.
Anyway, I'm pretty sure Macy is OOC. Eh, oh well, this Macy is a lot of fun to write. Writing should be fun write? Oops. Wrong right.
