Reincarnation. The process of rebirth for the soul. Centuries throughout the world, scientist, or believers predict or believe that each of our human souls don't exactly died down. They just leave the former boy and spirited off to a world for the spirits of each and everyone of the dead body who has decreased.
Whenever a person died, only their body died, for it only could hold a sum of amount of life into that body. But, their souls wonder to this special world, waiting for the day to be united in a body without any memories, just a new beginning of life once again. But, there is something more to it than it seems. Not many people get the chance to be reincarnate. Only those who are worthy enough can be reborn. The Council of Heaven is a group who decides over rules of what is to be done in the spirit world. Just like real life, there are sets of rules up in heaven where decisions are made and rules are to be obeyed.
The Council of Heaven has a bunch of work to do, to balance things. But, when the case of the Potters gets landed onto the Council of Heaven's hands, they had decided to make a decision for the spirits souls of James Potter and Lily Potter. Viewed by the council, they had to make a decision for the souls of James Potter and Lily Potter. Another chance to have a better life and a better future than their previous one....hopefully...but...being reincarnate wouldn't be easy...for it's a whole new life...
