"Sora, do it now!" Riku yelled. So he did. He locked the keyhole to the Keyblade graveyard. I stood calmly, watching. All I had worked for was done. I smiled. A real smile. I went to Sora.
"Sora, you won't remember the other worlds soon. You will simply think that this all is a dream."
"Why?"
"Because we have disrupted too much world order."
"Oh… will I remember Donald and Goofy?"
"No."
"..."
"Look, I'll make you a promise, alright, don't forget it."
"Okay."
"Alright. Right here, and right now, I will make you a keyblade master. Henceforth, five years from now will be when you can draw your keyblade again. You may not be able to violate this law, as per my will. I promise, that I will find you in three years. You may not know, and you may not want to, but you will someday in the future, Master Sora." I smiled at the boy one more time, tears streaming down my face. He was crying as well, but nodded. He took my hand, and placed something in it. It was a small piece of a paopu fruit.
"So we can never leave each other's hearts. No matter what."
"Okay." Sora, Kairi, and Riku ate their pieces at the same time I did. I took their memories of other worlds, and left them at Destiny Island, as just kids once again. I still had that promise though. And Sora was finally a Keyblade master.
