This is during the kingdom scene where Rapunzel and Flynn enter the kingdom for Rapunzel's first time.

"EUGENE! LOOK! SO MANY PAINTS AND BRUSHES, AND-" Rapunzel was shrieking and giggling like madness. Never has Fl- no correction- EUGENE seen a remarkable girl in his life. She was just so happy and amazed at everything and everywhere! Eugene sighed as he watched Rapunzel smell the flowers a florist was selling.
"Eugene! These smell great! Don't you think they're beautiful?" Rapunzel said in awe. Eugene, laughing at Rapunzel's expressions replied, "Yes, yes they are." Then Rapunzel slowly lifted her head from the flowers and started to frown. Eugene, noticing this, put his hand on her shoulder. "Hey, you okay?" Rapunzel sniffed, then smiled again. "Yeah.. it's just… I can't believe I've been missing THIS," she said lifting her arms in the air. "my whole life…"
Eugene just smiled. "Well, you're here now… so make the most of it." Wait.. did he just say that? OUT LOUD? Flynn Rider NEVER says lame stuff like that.. but then again.. he wasn't Flynn Rider.. he is Eugene now.. all thanks to her.
Rapunzel ran into a bakery shop.
"Eugene! Come see this!"
