Alright well, I'm new at this because this is my first fan-fiction I wrote not for

school x3! I suppose EarthBound is a good place to start? I'm not sure so I'm

going to hope it is. xD

"My PSI… I don't have enough energy…" I panted, taking on a Li'l UFO.

Li'l UFO shot a beam of light! SMAAAAASH!

Looks like this is it for me… I might as well make my last prayers before this thing finishes me off-What the hell? Who's that? Is he here to save me…?

"PSI Rockin' Beta!" A boy, not much taller than me, with short black hair and a red baseball cap was standing in front of me.

Now wait just a darned second. Why are these people saving me? I've never met them and-

"Are you okay?" He asked politely, reaching out his hand to help pull me to my feet.

"I suppose." I said, accepting his help on getting to my feet.

"Ness! Are you okay?" A girl with blonde hair decked out in pink flounced over to the young boy who I assumed was named Ness.

He looked back at her and smiled, "I'm fine Paula, and it wasn't a very tough enemy after all. But I'm not sure she's okay." He finished pointed towards me with his bat.

Excuse me?

"I'm fine." I murmured but neither could hear me. Damn my quiet nature.

"Life-up beta!" Said the little pink girl, who I believe is named Paula as she used the healing technique on me.

"Thanks, Paula," Ness said grinning at her and then turns to me, "So, what's your name?"

"Alice." I said coldly.

"Alice?" He repeats. I rolled my eyes in annoyance.

"Alice."

"Well, okay… I'm Ness and this is Paula." He introduced himself and pointed at the girl as she waved at me happily, "So where are you from?" He asked.

"Threed." I said with no enthusiasm in my voice what-so-ever.

"Okay..." He said, most likely confused with my coldness. "I'm from Onett."

"I'm from Twoson." Said Paula, being a little happier than I'd like.

"How old are you?" Ness kept interrogating.

I sighed with irritation and replied, "Thirteen."

"Oh, okay, I'm thirteen and so is Ness!" Paula chimed in.

I was beginning to get the irritating vibe from her, so I remained to showing zero emotion.

"Well… It seems you're alone," Said Ness looking around for a potential partner of mine.

"I am." I said in monotone.

"Would you like to join us then?" He said smiling.

Hold up, okay, so I'm here all alone in Peaceful Rest Valley minding my own business when these two kids come and save me, ask me about my personal information. Then ask me to join them? Something tells me this wasn't going to be an average day for me…

"I'll take that as a yes." Ness confirmed without me answering.

"Wait? What? I didn't even-" I started but was shortly interrupted by Paula.

"Oh, yay! A new friend to join us!"

I glared at my new 'team mates' with utter hatred.
