There is a strong, gentle looking hand in front of me. I can feel the warmth from it and it's so tempting. Should I take it? It's waiting patiently for me expecting me to place my hand on his, but should I really take the devil's hand? Aren't angels and devils supposed to be enemies? Our hands are so different. His is strong, tempting, warm and covered in his family's blood. Mine is delicate, cold, pale and also covered in blood. Yes, my hand is covered in blood too, we're both the same.
She slowly placed her hand in his and he gently wrapped his warm fingers around her wrist and pulled her off the ground. A heart warming smile found its way on to his face and his crimson eyes turned back to black. He snaked his free hand round her skinny waist and pulled her into a tight reassuring hug.
