Short Stories

In class we write short stories every so often, and I have a habit of using BTR characters as my characters. We are given certain things we must include in the short stories, so sometimes thing might happen that don't make much sense. We only have an hour to write them, so they're very short.

1. Secret Agent Milastark

Place: Beneath the streets

Character: Secret agent

Object: Helium filled balloon

Time/date: Winter/1999

Secret Agent Milastark crept down the tunnel that led to the underground headquarters. It was winter, 1999 and little bits of snow trickled down the tunnel behind her, causing the already dangerous track to become slippery.

Ten minutes later, she was in the very depths of the headquarters, awaiting her assignment. Looking ahead, she saw Mr Bitters walking towards her. He stopped about a metre in front of her.

"Milastark, your assignment for today is simple," he began. "You are to go undercover at Jett Stetsons' childs' birthday party as Camille the Clown to find the ten thousand dollars that Mr Stetson stole. Men that we have in contact with Stetson have told us that the money is most likely in the basement. Use this helium balloon that we have rigged to distract the children and parents while you sneak into the basement. Good luck," and with that, he left leaving Milastark with a purple helium balloon and clown costume.
