When Simon Met Jeanette

Note: I love Simonette fluff, so here's one! Thanks to JeanetteMiller101 for

posting it!

The night was lit up with a thousand stars. An empty field lay out. It seemed

unoccupied, but a blue clad chipmunk sat next to a telescope, writing figures

in a notebook. He seemed very into his work, so whenhe heard a small noise it

made him jump. It was a thump and a small femimine voice mumble, "Ouch!"

Standing up, he saw a girl laying on her stomach, a telescope and notebook at

her side. "Are you alright?" he asked, helping her to her feet. Not only was

she a girl, she was a purple and blue clad chipette. She brown hair, messily

tied up, and glasses slightly crooked. "Oh, I'm fine. This isn't my worst

fall." She chuckled softly. He glaanced at the telescope on the ground. "Are

you into star-gazing?" She nodded eagerly. "Yes! I did it before I could

talk!" "Well, I know a great place to see Venus," he said, leading her to his

spot. They stargazed awhile, but soon abandoned the telescope. "Where are you

from?" He asked. "Australia. But my sisters and I moved here to America." She

looked into his deep blue eyes. They sure are nice, she thought. "Is your

sister's name, Brittany?" He asked. Jeanette looked slightly taken aback.

"Yes, how'd you know?" "My brother Alvin said something about her. He has an

ego that drawfs Jupiter in comparison," he laughed along with her at his joke.

"Well, Brittany is the center of her own universe." She played with her skirt

a little. "Um, I also have a brother named Theodore. He makes an amazing creme

brulee." He brought out a plastic container, filled with the sweet French

dessert. They sampled soome. "M... these remind me of Eleanor. Except her

specialty is red velvet cake." He gazed into her emerald eyes. "You're

perfect," he sighed. "Same with you." She blushed in the darkness. They moved

closer together, half from the cold, half from pure love. An uncompelled

passion ran through them, and brought their faces together. They kissed.

Everything dissappeared, the fiele, the sky, the stars. "I'm Simon." He said.

"I'm Jeanette," she said.
