It is currently summer, and in one house, it was the most boring day ever as well.
"I am so bored." Patricia 'Patty' mumbled, closing her sketchbook.
"Well, why don't you…..I don't know." Her best friend, Alyssa, groaned. "I'm bored too."
"What to do, what to do." Patty mumbled to herself, then looked around her house. It was currently empty. Her dad, grandparents, and brothers were out and would be for the next two weeks. They were on a trip to the Philippines, where the family's from, and since Patty had been there already, they agreed to let her stay home as long as one of her friends was around. That friend was always Alyssa, she slept over everyday, so it was natural. Then, something clicked.
"I know! We'll have a sleepover!" She smiled, and rushed to the phone.
"Wait!" Alyssa called as Patty grabbed the phone. "Who are we inviting?"
Patty paused. "I didn't think of that." She scratched the back of her head nervously.
Alyssa sighed. "Of course you didn't."
Patty mock glared at her, then grabbed a notepad. "Well, let's see……" She trailed off, thinking. "We're obviously going to invite Rika, Kaoru, and May."
"Duh." Alyssa interrupted. "And Sam, Alexis, Runo, and Hinata."
"And Theja, Melanie, Maureen, Sarah, Kiki, Scarlet, and Emily!" Patty continued.
"And Christina, Lauren, Stephanie, Celina, Vanessa, and Theresa!" Alyssa finished. The two looked at each other, grinned, and began punching numbers.
