It had been a peaceful night at the bunker, Sam, Charlie and Dean sitting down at one of the tables playing poker. Little did Dean know this had been expertly planned, this wasn't just any poker game, this was an intervention.

In their defence, a person could only handle so much of the personal space issues, heated eye contact and just general sexual tension that seemed to follow Dean and Castiel around before it became frustrating.

"A truth never told." Sam declared, pushing an invisible object into the centre of the table.

"What?" Dean looked up at him from his hand, confusion flitting over his face.

"I bet a truth I would never tell otherwise."

Charlie considered her hand. "That does seem like a lot to risk… I fold."

"Are you serious?" Dean scoffed, shaking his head. "Call." He too pushed an invisible mass to the centre of the table.

"Alright." Sam shifted in his seat, leaning forward, splaying his cards on the table. "Three of a kind."

Dean let out a triumphant laugh, tossing his cards on the table face-up. "Full house, now spill Sammy."

Sam cleared his throat, running a hand through his hair out of his eyes. "Well, how about… You're in love with Cas and you don't even realise it."

Dean opened his mouth to say something, anything, but found himself doing a double take, his brain unable to process this information. There was a long silence in which you could practically hear the penny drop in Dean's mind.

"He's got a point Dean, there's no way the looks you give each other are just platonic." Charlie said, fiddling with the corner of a card, a 7 of Hearts, looking at Dean expectantly.

"Dude…" He paused again, his voice dripping with disbelief. "We've been together for over a year now. You really never noticed?"
